Today Apple released the 10.13.3 update for High Sierra. The update went on without any problems. In addition, OpenCL scores have risen sharply. There were no problems found so far. If you were using a 10.13.2 build, you can update it like a real Mac.
You can use the App Store or you can use terminal commands like me for your update.
